What is the difference between the A10 and A20?
The 10-liter and 20-liter figures are daily production ratings at 30°C / 86°F and 80% relative humidity. They do not describe tank capacity, and they do not promise the same production in a cooler or drier room.

Will an air-to-water generator work in my Hawaii home?
Start with temperature and humidity readings from the intended room. Hawaii’s mountains and exposure create different local climates; air conditioning can also reduce indoor humidity. The National Weather Service describes substantial differences between windward, leeward and elevated locations. An island-wide weather reading is not a measurement of your installation.
Record readings at several times during normal use, note whether air conditioning is running, and estimate your drinking-water need. Share those observations with AquaAloha before choosing a capacity.
What should I check before ordering?
Confirm the equipment revision, voltage, frequency, plug, circuit requirements and ventilation clearance. A factory brochure listing 220V / 50Hz does not establish compatibility with the unit you will receive in Hawaii.
- Measure the available countertop or floor space, including ventilation clearance.
- Identify whether hot and cold dispensing are necessary.
- Ask for the exact cartridge layout and matching operating manual.
- Confirm current stock allocation and delivery to your island and ZIP code.
Where can I find product videos and replacement information?
The equipment library contains A10 and A20 videos, photographs and English operating references. Videos show the referenced equipment in use; they do not establish daily output for your room. Use the manual and filter schedule that match your installed labels.
