What if my A20 has SFT, PPF, GAC, UF and ELE labels?

That identifies the earlier UF reference layout. Its manual recommends six months for SFT, PPF, GAC and ELE, and twelve months for UF. Do not apply the RO cartridge list to that unit. Send a clear photo of the installed cartridge labels and the machine nameplate when requesting replacements.

What are the consumable set dimensions and weights?

The supplied full-set packing reference is 210 × 87 × 200 mm, equal to 0.003654 m³. The A10 set weighs 850 g and includes three water cartridges plus an air filter. The earlier A20 five-cartridge packing reference has the same supplied dimensions and an estimated weight of about 1.42 kg; actual weighing is required.

Those A20 packing figures have not yet been confirmed for the RO set. Full-set dimensions are also separate from a shipment’s outer-carton size, carton gross weight, sets per carton and pallet dimensions. Use the final packed shipment data when requesting sea freight.

How do I prepare for a filter replacement?

Follow the operating manual for your exact model, including shutdown, cleaning, flushing and reset procedures. Replacement intervals are a planning reference; use and local conditions can affect service needs. Avoid treating a parts photograph as a connection drawing.

  • Keep a photo of the machine nameplate and installed cartridge labels.
  • Confirm the connector type and set contents with AquaAloha.
  • Follow the matching manual for installation and flushing.
  • Record the replacement date for each cartridge.
